APPLIED INSTRUMENTS

In this section, you will find tools and instruments designed to create sustainable cooperation.

Most of them are the result of discoveries from the ECOOPx research, developed by our Independent Applied Research Lab, G-Lab-2b, together with our cooperation partners.

By connecting diagnose instruments with action we help you how our academic founded discoveries can be applied to real situations, enabling organizations, societies, and democratic institutions to manage crises and conflicts with more cooperation, better communication, and greater diversity.

These Instruments and tools are completely free to use, just contact us to provide you access.

COOPERATION SIMULATOR

The ECOOPx Simulator provides a structured way to diagnose the current state of cooperation in a given context. The Simulator combines readiness assessment with resistance diagnosis and identifies the stage of crisis an organization or system is currently facing. A key feature of this tool is its ability to detect the gap between current resistance and future cooperation, offering a clear picture of what must be bridged in order to move forward. By making these dynamics visible, it becomes possible to design strategies adapted to different levels of urgency, resistance, and long-term transformational needs. The Simulator equips leaders and teams with the clarity to understand where they stand and what steps are most effective to progress toward sustainable cooperation.

SUSTAINABLE DECISION FINDER

The Sustainable Decision Finder (SDF) is a practical methodology emerged from the critical insight that cooperation often triggers transformational change, and with it, resistance. Traditionally, resistance has been treated as an obstacle, but ECOOPx research shows that it also contains valuable information about systemic stress points and adaptation needs. The SDF translates this insight into a hands-on tool: it reduces resistance points, thereby enhancing cooperation and communication.
In practical terms, the SDF transforms decision-making by turning resistance into diagnostic data. Instead of aggregating preferences to identify majority positions, it maps resistance intensities, shifting the collective goal from maximizing support to minimizing friction. This inversion of logic allows groups to protect minority concerns, strengthen dialogue and reach agreements that are more legitimate and durable.
