Transformational Change
Transformational change goes beyond quick fixes, change is a constant and it reshapes culture, leadership, and long-term vision. This course equips professionals and organizations to lead deep, systemic change with a focus on inclusion, adaptability, and strategic awareness.
Participants will explore structural, cultural, and human factors that influence change, working with key models (Lewin, Kotter, Janssen) and tools to assess readiness, manage resistance, and design inclusive transformation strategies. Special attention is given to leadership, unconscious bias, innovation, and knowledge management.
